Business inquiry privacy notice

ATLAS IP ASSETS LIMITED receives the company name, business contact name, business email, requested IPv4 block, preferred term and stated use when you send a lease inquiry.

These details are used to review and respond to your request, evaluate commercial and abuse-prevention risk, and maintain an inquiry record. They are stored in the ATLAS platform database and visible to authorized staff. We do not enable automated card payments in this version.

Before activating public submissions, ATLAS must finalize this notice to identify the responsible controller, contact address, applicable legal basis, recipient and processor details, data retention periods, cross-border transfers and privacy rights processes under applicable law.
